AVIT Per Incidents Policies:
1) An Incident is defined as a single discrete problem. It is not necessarily just call or email. It may take more than 1 contact to close incident.
2) Sign up with us up 10 to 12 on-site incidents call with phone-support ranging from Workstation to Mid-Range Server
3) Un-used Incidents coupon can be brought forwards to the following year, no validity date
4) Incident comes with coupon, upon completion; the coupon must be given to On-site Engineers. A service report will be generated for your references.

Incident call does not come Replacement of Hardware/Parts. Faulty of
Hardware/Parts wills replacement at customer’s cost.
AVIT Technologies
had the full range of Hardware/Parts to replacement. It can be purchased
directly from us without any harass to purchase from others vendors

of:
Regular systems health-check for patches.
Performance tuning
Security improvement and auditing
Provide on-site technical Support
Provide phone and email Support
Conduct monthly data backup, hardware maintenance check and
OS critical patches.
