AVIT Technologies would like to introduce a Cost-Saving Program. You are not required to pay a premium cost for Maintenance Contract yearly. You only pay what you required us to service YOU.

AVIT Per Incidents Policies:

1) An Incident is defined as a single discrete problem. It is not necessarily just call or email. It may take more than 1 contact to close incident.

2) Sign up with us up 10 to 12 on-site incidents call with phone-support ranging from Workstation to Mid-Range Server

3) Un-used Incidents coupon can be brought forwards to the following year, no validity date

4) Incident comes with coupon, upon completion; the coupon must be given to On-site Engineers. A service report will be generated for your references.

5) Incident call does not come Replacement of Hardware/Parts. Faulty of Hardware/Parts wills replacement at customer’s cost.
AVIT Technologies had the full range of Hardware/Parts to replacement. It can be purchased directly from us without any harass to purchase from others vendors

6) Incidents call consists of:
   
Regular systems health-check for patches.
    Performance tuning
    Security improvement and auditing
    Provide on-site technical Support
    Provide phone and email Support
    Conduct monthly data backup, hardware maintenance check and OS critical patches.

Level of Priority Plan:
 
1st Priority-Gold Plan- 2 working hours (7 x 24 or 5 x 8)
Enterprise-critical. Production Server or application not function

 

2nd Priority-Silver Plan- 4 working hours (7 x 24 or 5 x 8)
Server impact. Product inconsistency, decreases customer productivity
 
3rd Priority-Bronze Plan- 5 working hours (7 x 24 or 5 x 8)
Degrade operations. Product inconsistency slightly (able to work around problem)
